Damaged and missing items
We aim to deliver the freshest and highest quality products for every order but mistakes can happen. Our driver will go through your order with you at the point of delivery and if you’re unhappy with anything simply let our driver know and we will arrange a full refund.
If we are unable to source any item for you, we will contact you in advance to discuss a suitable alternative or a full refund will be issued prior to delivery.
If you notice an item missing from your order after delivery, which hasn’t been flagged up by us please contact our friendly customer service team within 48 hours of delivery via firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service team would be happy to help in issuing a refund or getting you acquainted with your item.
General return and refund policy
If at delivery you were happy with your items but post-delivery you’ve come to know that an item is of bad quality or damaged, we will be happy to make a full refund or offer a replacement.
Please note the items listed below are non-refundable once your order has been delivered and accepted unless in exceptional cases.
- Fresh Meat and Fish.
- Fresh Fruits and Vegetable.
- Sweets and savories.
All other items can be returned within 14 days of the order date, providing products are unused, still in their original packaging and with the original invoice.
Refunds will be in the form of vouchers or credit of the same value of the returned item as stated on your original invoice. These can be used for any future orders with us.
How long will my refund take?
Refund takes 3-5 working days to process and appear in your account. Credit/vouchers will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
What is the minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value.
How much does the delivery cost?
If your order is less than £50, a delivery charge of £10 will be added to your order. For standard orders of £50 or more, delivery will be free of charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit cards, credit cards and PayPal.
Can I pay for an order with a card that’s not in my name?
Yes, you can use a card with a different name as long as you have the card owner’s permission.
What happens if I miss a delivery?
If you’re not at home when your delivery arrives, our driver will try to reach you by phone. If they fail to get a hold of you, they’ll leave a message for you so you can rearrange delivery. Always make sure you contact us as soon as possible, so we can ensure that the re-delivery process is as smooth as possible.
Can I change my delivery?
Yes, you can rearrange your delivery. Simply contact us and we can arrange an alternative delivery slot.
How can I cancel my order?
We understand things happen and you might change your mind, so you have the flexibility of canceling your order at any time prior to the day of delivery and receive a full refund. Orders can be canceled on the delivery day subject to a fee (£10 + handling charge) and customers will be offered vouchers/credit which can be used to order with us in the future.
My voucher isn’t accepting?
Make sure you’re entering the code exactly as it appears as the system is case sensitive. If you still have issues please contact us via email@example.com prior to ordering.
Alternatively, if you have a valid voucher which you were unable to use, we will refund the value after your order has been placed, subject to eligibility.
